Hey Ya'll!!!

I've been teaching since '06, but I've been a certified personal trainer since 2003. I love helping people change their lives for the better and Les Mills has given me the ability to do it even better than I could do on my own!

I fell in love with Les Mills after getting up the guts to take an RPM class in college. When I finished the class I felt like I had the power to do anything! After that I was hooked on RPM and Pump (the only 2 programs my club offered at the time).

I finished up college at James Madison University and started in the fitness industry. I found my way to Gold's Gym in Staunton VA in July 2006 where I call my instructor home.

I approached our GFM about possibly teaching and she said "Have you ever heard of Body Jam." Well kids, the rest is history :-) I quickly added Combat and Step which I love!

Most recently, I added Body Pump (getting back to my LM roots). What rush! Can't wait to dive head first into this one too!

My high school sweetheart and I have been married since 2005 and we have an amazing boy who's the coolest guy in the world.

Amy	Yes, that is me!! i wasn't sore the next day. a little tightness in the shoulders, but gee I wonder why..when you are tryin to stay up while sweat runs off you like a river, its a little tougher to do push ups. ok..I must go bike..i feel like a bum this week, haven't done anything!
