I call it the '3-day bj bootcamp'!!! It was soo physically and mentally demanding! But I'll save all the juicy stuff when I see you (have you checked out our pix?)!
One thing I can say is, the BJ training made me think so much of you, but I'll elaborate later. Also, I wish I was at your class last night *kickin' myself in the ass*

I was sooo sad not seeing you tonight. Even sadder when I learnt that you're sick. I don't think I smiled at all in class tonight :( If you need anything, just let me know. I'll drop 'em off at your place.

Sheena, you just don't know how happy I am now that I found you! I've been looking for months since the summer for a Jam instructor who can really bring it on!!! I've almost given up on Jam...
One word that I can describe you: FIERCE!!!
I must admit that when I read your profile, and learnt that you'll be going away this year, my heart sank. I just found you, only to lose you real soon :(
I am planning to attend ALL your classes, no matter where. If you're subbing, please let me know in advance.
I love Jam 43 coz I did it with you! And I'm sure I'll love all the other releases, past or future, just as long as they're with you!
