I instantly fell in love with Body Combat when I first went to a class. About 2years later, my dream became true, I was invited to become a B.C instructor. It was one of the most important things that hapenned in my life.

Ah small world after all eh? Maxi Gym is hard for me, as far as I can see from timetable no pump in the daytime and NO Balance at all! Having two young girls at home and a husband working away means the gym is a no go area at night time unless they have another activity. For example I joined Fisicolouracura as it is 5 mins from my home but have only been twice in November as my husband is away. Its not very cost effective. So I guess its on with my ipod sniff...... sniff.... Do Maxi Gym need any cover Instructors and would an english only speaking apart from a few phrases and words be acceptable. REally missing exercising as part of a group. Sniff.... Sniff...... My daughter took the photos on Saturday - she did a good job eh? Take Care

Carlos	Sim estou no Phive: Coimbra (Concorrência :)) www.phive.org mas entretanto vou deixar coimbra, com muita pena minha, mas enfim... estava à procura de algum ginásio fixe em leiria/Maceira onde resido, e ouvi falar no vosso...
