Hey I'm Cassondra, but some of my friends call me Sissy; my twin brother, Christian, started it and it seems to have stuck! I live in Warrensburg NY, and I go to an awesome gym (previously Tropical Fitness) newly owned by Global Fitness (G-Fit for short). I love all of the Les Mills programs and I try to get to at least one class a day.

I recently went to Bodystep training, with the amazing Nate Stokes, and I passed!! I am now in the process of finishing learning and planning to shoot my video. My goal is to at some point in the next year after I get comfortable teaching BS, is to go away to BODYATTACK training!!

I attended my first Quarterly this past weekend, in Poughkeepsie, and it was AMAZING I loved all of the energy there!!! Great job and Thank you to all the presenters, and everyone that made it all happen!!! I can't wait until the August Q with ALL the PROGRAM DIRECTORS here in the northeast!!! It will be the chance of a life time. I hope to see you there!

Oh, Cass-

You have NO idea!!!!! G is so super cool! At the quarterly we all sat around ON THE FLOOR and just shot the breeze about Body Jam! It as a Jammers' dream come true!

He is a super-cool human being, that just hangs out, is completely humble, and is WONDERFUL at what he does!!!!!

At one point in time in our "Jam School," he just busted out in dance, showing us some upcoming moves and modifications. It was absolutely mind-blowing.

School started today with teach meetings. I had to put my computer and my classroom back together. Still have to "compose" my bulletin boards, make copies, do lesson plans, etc, etc, etc.

Kiddos will arrive on Thursday, but I feel like if they come tommorrow that I'm very ready.

Junior year is always the hardest! That's how it's supposed to be! What are you taking? Where are you considering attending college?

Hi!
Well, I am going to inner city NY. But I want to go to a few gyms while I am there. What is good? What chain of gyms is the best? My Mom and I are going to be driving from Los Angeles to NY and NJ in late October! We used to live in NJ and AZ. I want to check out some gyms while I am there!
I got into Les Mills when I was 16 years old and I did BODYSTEP training. I have always done sport aerobics ('junior jazzesize'), and my Mom always went to the gym. So, when I was about 12 years old, I started going to BODYPUMP and BODYATTACK (which was funny cause I had the body of a 8 year old- now that I think about it, it probably wasn't very safe for me). I loved it, and I started created my own routines and teaching them to my Mom at home! Since BODYSTEP training, I have trained in 4 other programs.
How are you going with Les Mills? When did you get into it.
REALLY long message! I always end up writing a lot!
