Hey Guys! Welcome to my profile! Kia Ora!

A little about me.....I am born, raised and still live in Florida! Have taught Body Pump since 1999, BodyFlow since 2004, BodyStep since 2005, and most curently RPM! Wow! DARE I say that I like it better than Body Pump? Maybe??? Maybe Not! The judge is still out! I LOVE it though!!! Never thought I'd be writing THAT! :) Thanks to Ms. Witzlib! Thanks Lisa!

I enjoy Boating, Wakeboarding, playing with my dogs, and all of my Les Mills classes, friends, colleagues, and students! I do financial Planning for people by daytime, and teach everytime else! ! have a daughter who is 20! And she is great! Especially since she moved out on her own! k, so she just moved across the street! I don't know if that counts!LOL! Way to go!

Steve	Did you come donw here for the RPM intensive with Dan? I missed out on it, but heard that it really ROCKED! And they got to hear a couple of tracks from #41...man, I'm jealous!

Hey Cherie,

You are totally Welcome for the ride to Tracy's class, she really enjoyed having you there. Thank you for the kind words, I am so happy that we got to meet up and chat, of course it was all about Les Mills and who we Love to hang with especially the guys, Wow!! I am glad you were able to cut lose after your training to go to a couple of BP classes.
Well I hope you get all that you needed from your training this week and that you get some well needed and deserved rest too before you have to go to work on Monday. Take care and hope you have a safe flight back to home. BTW, Can you give a hug to Tony for me and if you see Jill give her one too? Thanks and hope to meet up with you again soon.

Hey Cherie,

Did you get to see baby Grace? The Gold's Gym North Arlington would be the closest one to you. Here's their number 817-459-3535. Give them a call to see if they will give you a one week pass and let me know what they say. I will also see if I can help in any way too.
I will be teaching a BP class in South Arlington @ LOA on Tuesday morning at 9:50am. Hope me get to meet up some time this week and maybe I can bring you over to the other club that I teach and work at.
BTW, I will contact Susan T. to see why Steve will not be coming over any more, such sad news to hear. Did I give you my cell number?
