Hi Susan i hope you Grace and Steve are well..
I guess you will be off to DXB this week for the bootcampt and QW.. im a dissapointed to say that i wont be there. I was lucky enought to have made it to bootcamp. but I have recently split with my husband and like all welsh girls ive come back home to sunny wales.
I have got intouch with Fitpro UK to see if i can carry on where i left off over here but i dont think there is as much oppotunity here as in dubai.. well see ill have to keep working hard to get what i want. im going to UNI full time in sept to complete my degree in sport scince and tom i am tt my 1st class here (BP) so things are slowly moving forward.
I hope you have a good time in dubai and that you get to catch up with maria and her big baby bump. and of course mrs brown too lol.
Im very dissapointed i wont get to be ripped apart (and put back together again) by you on bootcamp.. and i hope that one day we will meet again

Hi, Susan! I hope you, Steve, and little Grace are all doing great! I've been watching the BP66 DVD, and it was wonderful to see your energy and spirit there just a month before her birth. I was so touched when you said "Amazing Grace" during the lunge track. I got all misty-eyed. :-) I'm so happy for all of you.

Congratulations with the newborn! She's a beautiful baby. But looking at the DVD of BP 66 I can tell she also has to be in terrific shape now! Wow, deep respect. And still you were glowing and spirited.

Hi Susan,
YOU are such an inspiration to all! What a fantastic job you did in BP 66. I could see the joy and the excitement just radiating from you, you were glowing.
We are launching the new releases in 2 weeks. BP 66 is a terrific, strong workout and I can't wait to bring it to the members.
I am going to the super Q in NY in August. Will you be there? IF so I am looking forward to seeing you again. Can't believe you trained me in pump 3 and a half years ago! What a fantastic journey it's been.

Beasutiful Pictures!!! Loved you in the newest release...could feel your excitment at being a new Mum from here! Hope you are enjoying your time and took a little bit of a rest...no one should look that good and be pregnant!!! Just blame it on good genetics! Already looking forward to the next release...always wondering how you think up such good stuff!!!
