Shame about Bermen - shoudl be a great time - will let you know how it all goes.
Yeah the new RPM is a goodie - a great workout and a few tracks that are quite old school which is good - track 6 especially has the sound of the old school 6's. Great interval phases within it as well.
Will catch up at Dagenham mate - not long now!

We just trained on it and offered a sneak peek (6 tracks only) during our Quarterly Launch and our members really responded to it!! Woo hoo!! Trust me, when they bring this program to you, I highly recommend that you train in and experience it. It is going to be great and you won't regret it!!

Im from eastend of london and north london...
I defo going to london should meet up yeah:) im doing first pump 1st combat and might try and sneak into last combat if i can,last year the last combat was dead so fingers crossed..
