HI All!!!

Passed RPM!!! Thanks for an amazing experience Bridget, and thanks to all who made it that more exciting just by being there!!!! HUAHHHH..as said by the great Bradley!!!!

Ok guys a little bit about me. I have two kids and I am divorced. I have worked for the past 20 years as an exercise rider at the local racetracks here in Maryland. I have riden soo many nice race horses...but... my all time fav is Burning Roma whom I traveled with in 2000 to Churchill Downs for the Breeders Cup. I was also fortunate to go to Keeneland, Belmont and even to Monmouth for the Haskell in 2001. I gave up gallopping horses in Jan.'07, and now I instruct full time. I also have a degree in Bio-Psychology from the U of Md. which I used to work at the National Aquarium in Baltimore...there I was part of the Mammalogy staff...simply put ..we trained the dolphins and the seals for both medical behaviors and for demonstrations to educate the public. I worked there for ten years but gave it up when my son was born in '97.

my children keep me very busy..my son Blade is (11) and my daughter Skye (9)...but wouldn't trade it for the world!!!

The knee thing...Today oct 6th
The screw is out and feeling much better..still in pysical therapy but I am released FULLY to go back to work...YEAAAAAAA..It's been a long year!!

Bradley	yea... so I have "Q Envy" Dan is presenting RPM, I SOO want to go but cant make this one. All of us that are in this area need to promise each other to be there for our tapings! I know without question I was feeding of everyone energy.... I want that for taping too!

Joella	Owings Mills is one of my clubs. I oversee the group fitness programs for 17 of the Gold's Gym corporate clubs. I live down in Rockville so I don't get up there often, but Deanna is my director and she is fantastic. Why? ;)

Lindsay	yayyay congrats on your pump video. pump has taken over my life, its all i teach now haha im doing like 6 classes a week. but i cannot wait to see you at the quarterly, especially to jam with you!
