Hi Anna,
Glad you are enjoying your time in the America! I am also part of the Les Mills famiy in Canada. I teach BodyPump, and plan on training for Attack and Flow in the not to distant future :)

Thank you so much for taking us home yesterday!! And that was so nice to get him
a present, but I'm not to sure on the pooping bear?! LOL They had so much fun last night but
those little rugrats went to sleep at midnight
and woke up at 5AM!! I definitely need a nap today! See you tomorrow

howre u doing? just came back home. vacation is over...:( but: that also means i can teach again! haha!
i'd just like to tell u again that it has been great taking part in your body combat class. you two made the room get veeery hot ;)! its been a lot of fun! even though i normally dont do combat that often. but i suppose this has got to change ;)!
i hear you originally come form italy....so you are visting europe often? of course you are invited to visit my attack class in hamburg whenever you want to. it is a pity i didnt make it to yours. it must be fun! :D
it was very nice meeting you and shellane!
best wishes for hamburg - where it is RAINING. and: we have like 50° F here. almost unbearable ;)!...at least when you were on holiday in florida

Every time I talk to someone who knows you, we are both in awe of your energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude!
I PASSED my weekend trainning in Body Pump! I am going to be team teaching on Friday already! :-)

Thanks for the comment! I remember when I started the Les Mills programs over four years ago in Celebration. I remember being laughed at for my technique in Body Combat and using one pound weights in Body Pump. I never gave up though, and now I am going for my Body Pump certification! You were one of my favorite instructors from the start and I was always inspirated by your positivity, energy and enthusiasm! Thank you for your support!
