I totally understand about the work thing. I milled about it myself for months. Anyway, anytime if you need anything, please let me know. Thank you for your compliments on the BC launch. Coming from a young, hip girls like yourself - I will take all the compliments I can get. Morgan is really looking forward to school, especially if she is going to have Miss Karina again. Do you think they are going to separate the classes since there are so many of them. Keep me posted. Hope to see you soon. We are going to launch BC at Worlds on Monday and BP on Wednesday both at 8:30, if you are up that early in the summer;)

Yes Jamie...I also do attack and step, come on by on Monday nights at 5:45pm for bodyattack, stay for bodypump at 7:00pm and if you are still craving for a third round come do bodystep with me at 8:00pm...(all of this done on Monday nights). If you cannot, on Wednesdays I have 5:45pm bodystep and then 7:00pm bodypump. I also have 9:15am bodyattack on Saturdays. Come try the fun of the other programs, it would be so awesome to have you there.
p.s. it was such an honor to see you at bodyjam and i am very much pleased that you enjoyed such the workout...bring brenda on over as well.

It was great to see you at the Launch. I hope that you enjoyed it and had a blast. As you can see, our classes get pretty packed. (Not to brag, but I think the instructors have something to do with it.)

If you haven't tried BodyJam 45 come by tonight (08/07/08) at 7:00PM. I will be leading tracks 2 and 3...a little Rippongi Line Dance and some Janet Jackson Feedback Arms.
