Thank you for coming down and kicking our butts. That was a great workout. I'm so impressed with everything you've done to make this a full-service program. You won everyone over (I was always rooting for you!)

Our trainers are very excited to be a part of this program. I know I can't wait to learn how to jump rope !!!

How are YOU!? Sorry so long in writing. Busy here getting back to school, etc. JAM is going great, although personally, I can never seem to get to a class with my own teaching schedule conflicting. Members are loving it and the instructors are starting to really settle into it now that videos are over. Hope to see you soon. Maybe Chicago?
