Hello all. I started doing combat about a year and a half ago, got hooked and started teaching less than a year later (trained on the awesome 28) and loving every minute of it. I've been a martial arts fan since I first saw Bruce Lee WAA-TAAA as a kid and now, I unleash my inner Bruce every time I step on the stage. Great news! My recent children's book TWELVE ROUNDS TO GLORY, just won the Coretta Scott King Honor in children's books, exposing my book to more people. It's a major award in the children's book world and I'm extremely excited and proud. Check it out on my website
