Hey man! Sorry I was not able to make it to the J today. I was pulled in another direction.:(
Anyway, the next time I am there I will watch your clean and press. It can be quick tricky. The key is to keep the bar close to the body. Ask Colin about it also. I am sure that you will see him before me.
