Qualified To Teach

my name is Christina and I have been teaching BodyFlow for over a year and Bodypump for about 10 months! I am addicted! I never thought in my life I would love to teach as much as i do now! It is an unbelievable feeling to get up and teach.

UPDATE:
BodyFlow 42, love it, the moves and the music go so well together and make the class so enjoyable!

BodyPump 67.. the kickbacks are back! WOOHOO, tricep track is my fav for sure! love it. great music and even better moves! AWESOME!

My dream one day as a les mills instructor is to travel the world and teach and to one day to become a national trainer for BodyFlow or BodyPump. To get up on stage and show the world how much I love to teach.
Les Mills has definatly changed my life!I want to thank everyone single person who supported and helped with all those emotional times!! Mama Rho, what would I do without you!!
