All through my life I’ve exercised some athletic ability and have always been physically active, although I never thought this would continue past the age of 16. I did calisthenics for a large portion of that time and I loved it, also attended dance classes and was even a cheerleader for a team in the state football league. Like many people year 12 took over and I no longer had ‘time’ for aspects of my life I was once passionate about.
I thank my friend to this day who introduced me into the fitness world and indirectly helped me find my calling to become a GFI. Les Mills have changed my life as I felt a part of me has been reawakened. Now, I love inspiring people like those that inspired me to reach their potential and know that with the right motivation you can achieve anything.

Figured I should probably write an update ;)
I have just come back from the Filmings and it was the best experience I have ever had. Learning from so many inspirational people has bought a new outlook to my instructing ability. I really enjoyed seeing Body Jam and Body Balance evolve while I was there and seeing the transformation it goes through. This insight will definitely help me in years to come with my instructing. Btw I will be back to NZ again. 10 days wasn't enough...
