Profile

Teaching for approx 8 years, certified in BodyBalance and BodyPump.
ProInstructor 2007.
I first got hooked on Les Mills when I participated in classes because I was very unfit and overweight. One of the instructors ( a good friend) said that I should consider becoming an instructor because I was at the gym every day, participating in all the classes. So, I did. Eight years later, I still love it.
I am passionate about being the very best coach and role model for my participants.
It's about educating people to have fun and enjoy exercise.
If only one person walks out of my class with a feeling of achievement, then my job is done.
Lets all unite and make people happy and healthy!

Hi Trish Very humbling. I'm happy to say, Susan is a very dear friend of mine and we share many memories together. I am very lucky to know her and now be inspired by her. Like most fans I can't wait to get the DVD and see if she is on it... Yeah, I'm a groupie. Susan is a beautiful person. Now with Gracey and Steve in her life, she is complete :) See you at Brisbane Quarterly. xxx

Hey Trish....how cool I am following your message trail by my mentor and inspiration...Ruthie T. She was always my goal and role model. In every way. Its so great to be able to reach out and touch people through the very thing I love the most - group fitness and awsome Les Mills programs. I have the best job in the world. Susan

Hi Trish I have to be honest with you, I have absolutely no idea what is best for this kind of injury. I would think there is some rehab work involved and possibly using weights where you don't have to lift in areas which are of concern to help keep a certain amount of strength. Are you allowed to teach your classes or are you off these as well. I did dislocate my shoulder once and I have to say I still remember teaching with it after about a week when I shouldn't, but reduced the weights, not that you should do the same :)
