  Hi Pam how are things,how did your ETM assessor taining go,how are you going to fit everything in? I missed this QLY so i am waiting for my DVD'S,i cant wait,what do you think of all the new stuff,any surprises?   Hi there, Thought they were great, but after being out for 3 weeks, I was fairly knackered by the end of the day! Liking the Pump music but haven't learnt any of the choreography for any of the 3 yet! How did you get on? Feeling a bit like 39 is OK but in 12 days time the big 4-0 looming, feeling a bit queezy about it?! Cx

  Hello you :) I'm good thanx hun, just getting on with it for the most part. I deleted my account off the other forum (don't ask!) and that's why you wont see me on there anymore. I have to say I'm absolutely lovin' Jam, it's so nice to do something so very different to Combat and enjoy it as much :) I toyed a lot with doing the training but to be honest with you I don't think I'd have the time to do the programe the justice it needs in order to deliver it in the right way. So I think for now I'll stick to participating, especially as I'm lucky enuff to have KC teaching it at my gym, that man can MOVE! So how've you been hun? How's your neck? Did you have the op? xx
