
Hi! I'm Erin.
I've been teaching group fitness since I was legally allowed to - the day of my 18th birthday. Almost half my life at this point. No wonder my knees are so sore! *smile*
In the years I've been teaching, I've evolved from a hardcore, slightly-sick-in-the-head exercise junkie to a kinder, gentler, more encouraging fitness professional with a real emphasis on celebrating even the very smallest of successes on my participants' long path to wellness.
By day, I'm a mild-mannered copywriter. "Mild-mannered" goes without saying, I guess; I *am* Canadian, after all. Evenings and weekends, I'm an instructor with GoodLife Fitness in Calgary.
I'm certified in BodyPump (37), BodyFlow (14), BodyStep (49), BodyCombat (11), BodyJam (35) and RPM (20). I trained in BodyAttack (51) but never got around to certifying. Presently I teach my four faves: Pump, Combat, Jam and Flow.
