I’ve made a list of my favorite BC tracks. And I added asterisks in proportion to the degree of how much I love them. :)http://tseforlmp.blogspot.com/

T1
BC28 … I like the beginning of this track. The sound of the thunder makes me feel exotic. ****
BC30 … This track was pronounced to me. Both music and choreography were great! ****

T2
BC24 … Maybe just because it was of Bon Jovi. But the Kata just like a holy rite was a great fun to me. ****
BC28 … One of my favorite instructors did this track as if he was playing the electric guitar. It was just fantastic. And nobody still exceeds him. *****
BC31 … I like this choreography containing the Kata. And it seems to be good to the challenge of RHK. ****

T3
BC25 … This cheerful music was pretty nice. ***
BC27 … Nice music! ***
BC29 … Fly away... One instructor used this at his final class before retirement and went away... ***

T4
BC25 … The sound of bamboo flute was suitable for the mood of this track. I liked this Japanese style. ****
BC30 … It was a sensational debut of ESK. And the music was extremely nice. ****
BC31 … ESK with familiar music is fascinating. ***
BC32 … Both music and Kata were excellent. I feel like trying ESK which I'm not good at. ****
BC36 … The choreography of zombie was avant-garde and amusing. ***

T5
BC26 … Nice music and moderate complexity of choreography were exquisite. ****
BC28 …What a brilliant track it is! I always love this one. ****
BC37 …The combination of an upper cut and a hook were challenging. But now I love this track. ***

T6
BC26 … The beginning with a bow makes me feel calm. ***
BC28 … With the music of Madonna, I could enjoy slow kicks. ***
BC29 … This was also of Madonna. Two slow sidekicks were challenging and rewarding. ***
BC30 …The combination of a palm block and a back kick was a great fun to me. ***
BC31 … Music and choreography were perfect and I love this most. *****
BC32 … It’s my pleasure to do exercise with my favourite music. I’ve come to like back kicks from this track. ****
BC35 … What a miraculous choreography, with which I can enjoy various kinds of movements. I adore this one though a spinning back kick is still in the rough. *****

T7
BC19 … Though I’m not good at Muay Tai track, this is the one that makes me forget the passage of time. ***
BC28 … To me this is the best Muay Tai track. The amazing choreography makes me feel sense of fighter. *****
BC29 … This is rather an indistinctive track which few instructor use at mixed class. But I like this one. ***
BC31 … The attack to the collarbones... what a novel idea! This unique choreography makes me feel easy-going during a Muay Tai track. ****

T8
BC26… The fantastic title of this music makes me feel something special. And the continuous quick upper cuts have been challenging to me until I solved the mystery called Rach’s butterfly. ***
BC28 … Every time this track started, I would often feel full of energy against forthcoming battle time. This may be a monumental T8 to me. ****
BC29 … Though this is inconspicuous and seldom used at mixed class, I like doing this with humming “Boon, boon, boon! ***
BC32 … It took time for me to master the switchover from quick body blows to hooks. And now I’m willing to do this. But after the new release, few instructors have used this track, to my regret. ****
BC33 …With this fantastic music, I would enjoy lovely ducking and finish this track with a yell of delight. ****
BC34 … Of course, I always believe in you and never let you calm down. ***
BC38 … This is the previous best T8 to me. What beautiful upper cuts! ****
BC39 … This track seems to be a little bit longer and requires much more stamina than the others. It’s a great challenge to me. So I’ve been trying to finish this track with my full energy... *****

T9
BC32 … This is the only T9 I like because it doesn’t include so many push-ups. On the other hand, it seems to be effective on hip muscles, which, I think, is usually difficult to train. ****

T10
BC23 … I liked “Blue” and this track was no exception. ****
BC25 … What a cool idea to select the sound track of “Last Samurai”. It really fitted for this part and I was moved. ***
BC26 … If there were nice system as this in my childhood, I could have enjoyed Kata more. ***
BC28 … I think it’s the best T10 especially when it is used in combination with T1 at mixed class. *****
BC29 … I like the melancholy melody as this! ***
BC31 … The ending of BC with this track makes me feel peaceful and fulfilled. ****
BC35 … The music is excellent and it’s the moment of gratitude for choreographers. ****
