  Bonjour CC. Glad you find me. so you already know the 2 other Dr that are teaching Balance: Emilio and Dave... I was lucky to co-teach with Emilio in his hospital last month. I teach also Vive so we did a mix Vive-Balance as an intro class and he just told me that they are asking for a vive class too now. I am off to Auckland next week for filming BB 49. I have heard that 48 is another great one. Are you teaching in a "regular" club or in a hospital like Emilio? I teach under my tent at Cirque... :-)

  Hello CC! Thanks for your message:) It's great to meet you! I've been teaching Les Mills programs for 8 years now. I love them all! I am a National Trainer for BS and powerpool, so I need to specialize on these two. I also teach BC, BA, water and land classes, so I had to drop BB for a while. Now I want to get back to it pretty soon. Maybe now I'll drop BA for a while. What else do you do besides Bodybalance? Hope to hear from you soon, Have a great week Diana
