  Yea, it was like a war zone after Hugo! I had to scrape the dried mud off with a putty knife from the kitchen cabinets so I could put my dishes away! And there was a spot on the ceiling that would still get moldy if it got humid (all the time). Thanks for adding me to your list! Cathy Lee

  Hi! You have a watch that controls the iPod while you're teaching Pump? I WANT ONE!!!! Do you have to have any special sort of thing to plug the iPod into? Which watch is it? (say that three times fast....). Thanks!!!!!! melissa

  Posted on the California/Who Knew.. Not sure when you trained, but would suggest the INXS track, Hungry as it has all you could wish for in a triceps track.. Just thoughts..depends on what you have in your library..

  Thanks Violet, The "online" version replaced the paper sheet that came in your DVD/CD pack.. Hope heading in to your summer is good.. Winter ( or our poor relation ), is hitting Adelaide..grey skies, cold mornings..and yet the 6am classes are getting busier.. Then August hits, and the peeps hit the snooze button..and then the sun in September makes peeps panic about their triceps.....

  Hi Violet, Thought I'd answer your query here rather than having "someone" jump in and add a long winded and off topic response!! The test(strangely referred to as "exam"..not ) is an online pop quiz for LM instructors. After each Q, we can go online, answer the multiple choice questions on each programme we do, and we get CEC (continuing education credits ) which in turn, we can submit for insurance and registration. They're really simple..nothing more, nothing hard!
