Hey Gareth - Hope you are well. Have you had a chance to see BC35 yet?? My launches were awesome this week. Participants really enjoyed it. When you get it - let me know what you think ESK master. Speak soon - Judith

Hi Gareth - Great E kick pic in your profile. Good to see another Nock-sta. That's my maiden name (Nock). I love Combat and have been participant since release 18 and I trained on 32 - and love teaching it even more. Good mix up on your profile. Do you like doing trcks from around 21, 22 and 23 BC releases? Take care Judz

Hi G It's freakin' great out here. Gold's Gym Redmond is amazing, awesome equipment and facilities and the people are fantastic, so welcoming. I've come down with a stinking cold, which is apparently quite common after the stresses of an international move. Was supposed to team teach Combat this morning but will have to catch up next Sunday. I now have 2 BodyAttack classes, which is incredible, and I'm 'patiently' waiting for the new Gold's in Issaquah to open in Spring, so I can get a Combat class of my own. Bring it on!! How was your trip to Canada? Did you get to go to some classes? Team teach any? I bet they loved you, the Americans love the English accent, I'm sure it's the same in Canada. Happy holidays (getting all the lingo- I'm practically a local) and keep in touch. Rach x

Hey G, Yes I heard everyone did great, am bummed I couldn't be there for the final day - glad to hear you're working on those aspects we identified - you'll do really well. Am jealous about the Toronto trip - Canada is top of my list of places left to visit. Will definately catch you at QW's next year. M
