Hi there Glad you are back in the gym! Hope your knee is not too serious. Ive really busy in the day job students are back! the calm of the summer has gone and im running round like a headless chicken again. Got some good research on the go so im not complaining! Also been covering quite alot ? RPM / spin mainly - early mornings 7am OWCH then to work back in the evening. There seems to be a shortage of instructors in Cardiff at the moment. Felt my glands swelling up last friday after doing 2 rpms without a mic ???so gonna take it abit easy this week. Yeah new releases soon updates in cardiff so I don't have to go so far- although I do think like many! its become a scam - The DVD/ notes give you everything you need - I mean its not rocket science Take care X

Hey Matt. Try ice on the knee and try Glucosamine. I would hold on the treadmill for a bit and then go back at it slowly. The injury has probably flared up because, like all of us, we go back full out and the body has to ease back into the exercise. You may want to get on some of the leg weight machines at your gym. You will want to try some leg curls and extensions to help strengthen the muscles around the knee. Start out slow and build. Might be best to talk with one of the Personal Trainers and they can help you further. Once it is better try Body Step. Give it a few times, follow the instructors directions and you will find new strength in those knees. It is important to follow the direction as it is easy to re-injure the knee if your form is off. The same goes for Pump. I enjoy Combat but find I can't do it because of knee pain. Good luck and have fun. Keep me posted. Ray
