  Things are going great here, the weather is still nice and I am enjoying it!! 70 degrees today in the middle of november, can't believe it! HOpe it nice tomorrow it my girls bday party! I'm still enjoying bjam50....and will be getting 51 in the mail in a week or so yay!!! ~~Jen

  Hey Courtney! Love the pics of you! Good ones. I think you ought to try the lyrics for an announcement at the gym. I am loving the Body Flow/Balance it helps me out so much with stretching and getting rid of stress. Will try to find you in Jam next week, if I can get over this cold/congestion thing that has been going on!
