  lol, believe me your legs will take a beating for a few weeks yet, but its all good. Ive been combatting now for about 5 years now and was addicted to it after my first class. So much so i went to NZ last year and spent two weeks in the gym doing various classes including combat with Dan & Rach, now that was cool, lol.

  hiya, good to hear your luving 37 even though its a killer on the legs, lol. Ive been doing this release for a couple of weeks now and believe me it dont get any easier on the legs but you gotta luv it. How long you being combatting for?

  ooh dear, if your sore before doing the new combat, man o man your gonna be in agony over the next few days, esp the legs, lol. Watch out for T4 and T6. T4 will smash your legs and then T6 will just waste them completely, lol. Gotta say Dan & Rach have pulled off another cracking release.

  Hey Kate, i got a couple of mates that stay in hamilton. I stay in the Springburn area of Glasgow and usually do my classes in the Kelvin Hall and Springburn LC. Loving the new combat release.
