  finally figured out how to send the message. Just brain dead today after a day of baby talk. Hopefully i will make sense to you. hi thanks for the offer of shadow teaching, would love to do that. I just have to get myself movtivated to join again. I haven't done the latest one at the moment. Just got busy with my teaching. I liked the music I have already downloaded them from the net. well today while I was teaching one of the junior class I noticed that the kids were interested in dancing with their baby songs. so maybe I might introduce dancing if it works for them. I teach kids with disability where some are still trying to walk from their wheel chair or use hand with coordination. And they will never have the chance to go to the gym and see the fun of fitnees. I know the bodyjam songs will give them a big boost of energy and fun. don''t know how i will make the dance move for them as I have to be their feet or hands.   Hi thanks for the reply in message. Well I am a bit slow in answering the mail. By the way just came to realise that it is about an year i logged in lesmills site. would love to be your backup but may take a bit longer to get back in instruction Umm for my training for the final presentation I did not make it as the moves and the body doesn't agree with me. Since I could not do the new release I just thought of leaving it aside and do the jam at home. I do have fun visiting the site occassionaly. have fun and talk to u later.

  Hey Gail! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you... been quite sick lately and just catching up on things now. The Jam-a-thon sounds like an awesome idea. It's a concept that's been done before, but still a heap of fun. I'd love to be able to teach more than an hour's worth of tracks :) Hope all is well with you! Patrick

  Heya Gail, Sorry for the delay in replying, things have been a bit rough recently - but I'm getting there :-) The joy of exercise WILL get me through, I'd just like my ankle to heal so that I *CAN* exercise more, argh! I'm so glad that I'm able to offer a view on how things are going in the Les Mills headquarters of the world; it makes the distance between us and everyone else that much smaller :-) We are, after all, one tribe!   Hey Gail! :) Thanks heaps for the message. Yeah I have a day job for a living... call centre work. But I did my Jam training in November, and I'm loving it. Currently teaching 2 timeslots and have just gained a third. Sydney's my old stomping ground. Wheerabouts do you teach in Sydney? Patrick

  Hi Gail Thanks for the message!!!! Thats Carol...she knows everyones birthday. I'm glad 46 went well. I really liked 4. We aren't launching 46 until october...Some big event at one of the 5 gyms the owners have...it's a long time to wait but not much we can do about it. Hope all is well there..maybe one day I'll make it to visit
