RIDE EVEN HARDER - PAIN IS ONLY TEMPORARY!

Those who know me think I'm "slightly" addicted to RPM (check my schedule below). I've been a member of Fitness Works since 2003, and after several weeks of encouragement (or prodding depending on who you talk to), I trained on 40 and was certified in December 2008.

***REMEMBER - DON'T FEED THE TROLL!***

My regular RPM schedule at Fitness Works:

Mon: 8:45 AM at Gilbert
Weds: 5:15 PM at Gilbert
Fri: 8:45 AM at Chandler
Sat: 7:45 AM at Chandler

Tues, Thurs or Sun you might find me teaming or subbing at either (or both) clubs.

If you happen to be in the Phoenix area, I'd love to have you visit my class!

LIVE TO RIDE, RIDE TO LIVE!

Hey, Robert, please let me know if your student ends up at Bladium-Alameda. I'll introduce myself and make sure he/she feels welcomed.

It's always great to meet other fellow RPM'ers. Not too many in Jacksonville. Bummed that you might not be able to make it to ATL, but perhaps another quarterly. Take care, and hope to meet you some time. Ride hard, ride strong!! That's how we roll with RPM! KIA KAHA!

Hi! Arlene from FL. Tried to answer your forum post re: AIM, but it wouldn't post. So, sending here. RPM AIM with Glen Ostergaard 8/27/10 at BodyPlex in outskirts of Atlanta, GA. Day before Mega Quarterly in ATL, GA. Hope you can make it. Arlene

Thanks for the encouragement Robert! I'm registered for the first available RPM training which is June 12/13 in my area. Counting the days :)

Haha - sadly, no! Our club only offers one RPM class per week, and unfortunately enough, the time frame is the worst possible one when you have a student schedule like me. :-) I'd really love to try it, though. I don't enjoy Spinning classes much, but I've heard RPM is on a whole different level.
