
I teach 3 times a week. The classes are at 6:40 pm Monday and Wednesday at the South YMCA; 3:30 pm Sunday at the Southwest YMCA. These classes will reshape your body and improve your fitness level, some have even changed their lives. Check one of them out.
In addition to stepping, I am teaching MBA classes and have been saving the world one case at a time(world may be an exaggeration, but I am helping).
