Profile

After retiring as a professional dancer I needed to keep in shape and found myself at the gym almost every day. I was both horrified and inspired by the various teachers I came across and thought that becoming an instructor myself would be a challenge I would enjoy.

Caught the learning and self-develpoment bug and a few years later am now qualified in various group exercise modules including BodyBalance, BlodyJam. Step, Circuits, Zumba and added Personal Training (Level 3) in there for one-to-one sessions.

I'm a big fan of the Les Mills programmes; the format, variety, the pillars and values but most of all, the quality. I'm very proud to teach these programmes and hope that I will inspire and not horrify those who attend my classes.
