  LOL @ the Muay Thai class! Sounds like that'll be fun! Yeah, Rec Carnegie's the one that just opened recently in the shopping centre on Dandenong Rd (cnr Koornang Rd). It's got a Spotlight and a Woolworths in there. Their website is www.recreationcarnegie.com.au. I'm going to Auckland at the end of Jan and beginning of Feb for just over a week for that round of filmings. And yeah, I'd so love to camp out in Studio One... my favourite place on earth :D I'm a tightass, so I generally stay in a backpackers. Would be great to see you in my class. If not Jam, come along to my Wednesday Vive at Carnegie. I had 26 people in that class last night! So much fun :D

  Hey Myra! Was wondering when I was gonna hear from you :) Personally, in terms of sheer energy and amount of people, my Monday night Carnegie class goes off big time! They are such an energetic bunch and are always happy to embrace whatever I teach them... love them to bits! Let me know if you want more info! Patrick

  thx for the message! you are just a wealth of knowledge! sounds like you just have the inside track over there. yeah i know where lm is coming from withthe two riser thing, but it is a bit silly to see lis and mark doing the same risers! its funny, as i progress with my fitness level, the classes (which will always be hard!) do become more tame... and more of a chance to teach and have fun. teaching is diff than what it was!
