Fraser, Got your message, and so glad to hear you're taking the RPM module, if it's anything like here in the states, you're in for the ride of your life and a fun weekend. Go at it with eyes wide open and legs full speed and have a blast. I actually plan on taking it again at some point in the future just for the experience. Glad to hear my age was a motivating factor for you, us old(er) folks need to hear things like that once in awhile! :>) Best of luck with your upcoming module. ENJOY THE RIDE!

Hi there Where abouts in the South West are you from? I'm from Swindon in Wiltshire. I currently teach Pump & RPM, plenty of gyms and clubs in the area provide these classes, (ref to your thread in the forum). I work at Next Generation in Swindon and we've only recently added it to our timetable (can't think why it took so long-maybe because our Group Ex co-ordinator was a SPINNING instructor and took up most of the group cycling classes on the timetable!) but from feedback from members they much prefer RPM : ) What module you going to book onto first then?
