
I love keeping fit and loooove the Les Mills training programs, especially Body Attack, Body Step and Body Pump.

This current new release of Body Pump is the best for a while. The bicep track burns!! lol
I love Body Attack, can really let myself go and go crazy and have a good fun work out.
I owe my exposure to Les Mills to a certain friend who strongly suggested I should tag along to a Step class. Needless to say I loved it and the rest is history as they say. More friend advice followed about Attack and Pump and have added those to my fitness regime.
Group fitness training is on another level with Les Mills :)
