
I am new here and take Body Combat and have taken a few Body Pump classes. I love these classes. I am trying to learn the techniques and become more coordinated so I don't mess up my instructor too bad!! I also want to try Body Jam, but feel like I need some cocktails before I can dance like that ;)
I am trying to get over the "I only take basic step classes" and learn something new because I would like to try Body Step again, but the mirror image thing is killing me!
I enjoy doing the treadmill and my Wii Fit too!
Just here to get motivated and lose these last 25 or so pounds!!
