Profile

I began doing Les Mills programs starting with RPM about a year ago, and now I'm doing Body Attack, Body Combat and Body Pump.

Although I'm only a participant, I am really passionate about it, and have recommended it to my friends and family. I even persuaded a few friends to come along with me :D

Without being overly melodramatic and sentimental, these programs have really improved my life and overall happiness. I'm a lot fitter and healthier, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I feel like I can take on the world :)

Shall definitely continue with BA, BC and BP, and for once, I consider this as something I will continue with in the long run, for many years to come.

Hey Wendy, Thanks for the add! Sorry to hear you guys don't have BodyBalance. :-( We also don't have Jam yet, and I'm dying to try it (before I'm toooo old). Les Mills arrived in Israel just over 2 years ago. It's been exclusively at the Go-Active gym chain, and this is why not too many people here know about it. Next month will be the official launch of LM in Israel, when the program opens to the rest of the country. There is going to be a huge event for it, with some free classes (for 100 + participants). I'll try and remember to let you know all the details when I have them, so that you can tell your friends about it! Re your schedule - you are young (and as you say, muscular), so you are probably OK doing the double classes that you are doing -- just always remember to listen to you body and slow down or take a break when you need to. Just a little advice from an old lady who's been around awhile! :-) Take care and stay in touch, Susan
