
I've been working out on/off since 15. I used to be your typically guy who just worked his biceps, shoulders and chest. I had some "big guns" but my fitness was unbalanced and I hated warm ups/cool downs. Then I discovered group fitness. I found that classes were well-structured and it pushed you past your quitting point!
I first started doing LMI classes when I joined Les Mills gym in Auckland, NZ in 2004. I loved it! Especially Body Combat, Body Pump and sometimes Body Jam, Body Attack.
Then I moved to London, UK where I found a gym that had Body Pump classes. That was good too.
Now I'm in Toronto, Canada. I'm regularly doing Body Combat & Body Pump. And occasionally other LMI classes. I'm a group fitness junkie!
