    Yep protein shakes are great - especially post workout liquid digests faster. Sounds like you're doing everything right - doubled your weights?? NICE WORK! Keep it up! :)

    Hi Darren! I'm actually on facebook quite often but I must've missed your message - sorry about that! Yeah I've actually added a heap of muscle doing pump - over 6 kilos so far! (13lbs) My only tip would be to make sure you really push yourself on every set - if you get to the end of the chest track and you feel you could've gone more reps - put your weight up. Building muscle is all about forcing your body to adapt and you can only do that by literally forcing your body! The other tip I'd have would be to get a good protein/carb meal in straight after - and do pump 2-3 times per week. Hope this helps!!
