Just a few weeks ago I could barely walk let alone step. Since doing the bio freeze, advil stepping with no risers and no high impact and new shoes my foot does no hurt any longer. The shoes were a huge help. I'm still nervous abut doing the speed tracks so I either cue or have a member or if there's an instructor in the class I will cue them. I'm so sorry you are having this problem. I see you are/were a free lance instr. also. I'm starting to learn some free lance again since I want to start doing a bit more with free lance again. Love BodyStep but.... well guess I'm ready to add something more. Thank you in regards to our son. We keep busy but still miss him terribly. Luckily we have great friends that really helped us though it. Plus we have our other two boys we must be strong for. Good luck with the foot try the bio freeze or something close to it. Wrap it and do advil. I hope you will be back to stepping soon. Bummer that you can't film your release. You went though alot just to get that far the training is not easy. Brenda

Hi Brenda Ironically I had just got some really good shoes since I am a super pronator. I am not healed yet and just had an ultrasound today. I am willing to bet I have something similar. My arch feels collapsed. I am going to have to get an extension on my video submssion. I cannot step. Even with no risers I am in pain by the end. Could not do speed step last week, had to do it on the floor off the step! Hope you are getting better!!!

I just read your message on the forms board about your foot. Have you healed yet? I finally had to go to my dr and the injury I sustained was called posterior tibial tendon dysfunction. Meaning my arc was collapseing. I had to get really good shoes with arch support. Did alot of advil and used bio freeze and it's almost healed after several months of taking it easy. Just got the shoes cost $140 but they are working. We have a store here called run on they can advise of the right shoe for your foot. Good luck. Brenda
