I live in Paducah Ky.I've been Bodypumping for 8yrs. and have been an instructor for 4yrs. I'm also a CFT.(certified Fitness Inst).

I'm married and have 3 sons.

I'm currently studing to earn a Sports Conditioning Specialist (SCS) certification.
