  Hi Betsy, Which training are you going to be in? I'm doing the one with Megan. I'm doing this as a private post since I specifically asked someone for the information and I don't feel right reposting for the world to see. *********************************** The Bodypump AIM was amazing ... be prepared to do the release about 4 times. The big focus was on teaching in the essence of the program, and how to really "sound" like a weight training coach. We worked on giving perfect track intro's (what is the focus for the track, and how is it different from previous releases, and benefits, etc...) keeping it within 40 seconds. Also using your voice to drive the workout - this was mentioned briefely in one of the past education sessions, but we really went indepth with it in AIM. Also we did a lot of work on posture and forum, even after teaching Bodypump for 6 years I learned a lot I was completely unaware of! Aside from that, we also did these strength exercises to test our how strong we were with our core ... very tough! You're going to love it, you'll leave sounding like you could be on the DVD!!!   I too enjoyed attending training with you. You are a great role model and a great instructor. Good luck with the launch in June! I know it will be great! I shadowed and called my trac in class last Thursday - this week im calling another new one...yaaaa!!! Good Luck - Keep in touch!

  Hey, You are such an inspiration!!! Just go to find new friends and type in first names and states. You can find people that way. We launched today and I think that training just hit me. I am shadowing, team teaching, Attack in the morning! I am excited and nervous all at the same time. Keep in touch!
