
I'm back to teaching Flow and RPM on regular basis, and LOVING IT!
I am the Fitness Director at the Midway Family YMCA. I teach Gr Ex, do one-on-one personal training and pilates reformer training. I manage a staff of about 25. I've taught group fitness at the YMCA since I began 12 years ago. I'm also a group fitness instructor trainer for YMCA of the USA.

Body Step 6am (every other)
RPM 6:45pm at Gold's
Tuesday
Body Step 10:00am
Wednesday
Cycle 7:05am
Thursday
Body Step 11:00am
Friday
Cycle 7:05am
Body Pump 12:00
Saturday
RPM 9:30am Gold's
On the home front, I have three kids Matthew (16), Sarah (14), and Becca (12).
