Hi, my name is CJ. I'm just your average, overly enthusiastic deaf instructor. I love to defy odds and prove stereotypes wrong.

I started out in BodyPump many moons ago, then added BodyStep a few years later, now have BodyCombat and BodyAttack under my belt. Next challenge is CX Worx! Yea! Unfortunately gyms in my area see more value in freestyle than Les Mills so there is a small but strong group of us fighting to keep Les Mills alive in the Midwest. Would love to see more Les Mills in our area so if you can help us spread the Les Mills love - please do!

    Hi CJ! It was sooo great meeting you at Attack training this weekend. You rocked your track - and made me forget that I was really getting tired - especially the 4th time we did that track - haha. ; ) And you were a great coach to me during our challenge. Thank you!     I really wanted to teach RPM, that is the main reason I took on classes at Gold's. I love teaching RPM at least as much as Step-and I am an original step junkie! The facility is great, and the members are wonderful; many came from they Y. I'm planning on the September Q in Woodbury, and also the October Super Q in Chicago. See you soon! Ker
