Hello my fellow Les Mills junkies!!!!

Alright to start I am an Army wife with 4 kids. I am from TN but have been living in Northern Alabama for the last 7 years. As of June '09 I will be back in TN only an hour from my hometown. I started teaching group fitness classes in 2004, with BodyFlow being my first certification. I have since added Body Step, RPM Body Pump, and Body Combat. When I am not hanging out with the family you can find me....in the gym or outdoors working out! I love, love, love teaching group fitness classes! (I cannot imagine myself doing anything else) To be able to share my passion for fitness with others is truly a blessing ! Teaching the Les Mills' programs has helped me connect to my class participants in a way I never imagined before. .

Recruiting huh? My husband did that for 5 years or so.....I did NOT like that job, all the late hours......the only good thing about it was he wasn't sent to iraq while he was recruiting. We started out in Ft. Riley Ks, then to Bamberg, Germany...thats where I had my first baby:) Then on to Houston, Tx, loved it there!! Des Moines Iowa was next, couldn't stand it there.....and now we're back at Ft. Riley:)
