  FUN - I trained on 27 too! I think the Tai Chi and Hamstring track will always be one of my fav's and Train Wreck too will go down as one of the best hips track ever! Good to meet ya!

  It was a conversation in passing with my director...she had been talking to Eleanor from Les Mills and she said they were going to start pushing this. I think the only one break that was supposed to be longer was the one before back.. I love the pre-track instruction!!!!...I'm all about the form, Baby! I think that they want to keep the heart rate up....We'll see...It's like I'm trying to take 5 minutes but there are things I am "progammed" to say and teach in between the tracks. We'll just see how it plays out!

  Hey there! How's everything going? I like 68...we start 69 in a couple of weeks. I teach 3-4 x a week. I just gave up one of my 5:30am classes because I was teaching that one and the 9:35 am class and then thu noon and fri 5:30am....and after 2 years I was getting worn down.. What do you think about LM wanting us to cut the in between track time to 30 secs......easier in some tracks than others...but I do like to do instructionals in between...we'll see how that goes!
