RPM- Mountain Climb track- always!
BodyStep- I love knee repeaters!! I usually like the Step Recovery and Party Step tracks the most
BodyPump- Squats, Clean and Press with deadrow (Tracks 2 & 4)
BodyCombat: STREET BRAWL PUNCH!!! I always love the Muay Thai track.
