I finally got a Bodypump picture! That's Susan T-R, Baby Grace, and me at the Midwest Mania Bodypump Instructor Intensive on 10/02/2008.

I've been a certified Bodypump instructor since June, 2007, teaching at a YMCA in Cudahy (near Milwaukee), Wisconsin. Presently, I teach one class a week, 8:00 a.m. on Saturday mornings. My class started with 6 participants and has been as large as 32 (that's all the equipment we have available), with a solid core (my set position members!) of about 24. In addition to my class, I will sometimes serve as a substitute for the Pump instructor on the Monday and Wednesday evening class.

I love Bodypump. Next up, a Pump tattoo for my right deltoid!

Get busy living or get busy dying. Weapons up!

August 2011 - Bodycombat certified! Mondays; 6:35 p.m. It's a whole different level of activity; having taught Bodypump for so long; I feel extremely challenged by each release.

Yesterday, I was reviewing BP 66 to bring it back into my teaching rotation. My 2 year old son, was standing and pointing at the TV. I wasn't really paying too close attention too him, but after a while, I realized he was saying "...ump, pump, pump." One of his first big words was BodyPUMP!

Hi Kurt, I used to visit Milwaukee 2 times a year and take pump classes at the YMCA there. Are the Les Mills programs still pretty popular there?

Hi Kurt... I think your story IS inspiring. Its all about different walks of life and what we collect along the way... and how something like a Les Mills Program enters the story that is truly wonderful to read about. Congratulations and hello from Cabo! Kat.
