Favorite workouts, cheat meals, ways to de-stress … All you need to know about this French Pro Trainer and regular fitness presenter.

If you could choose one person to work out with, who would it be and why?

It would have to be my mate, and fellow Les Mills ambassador, Ben Main. He is smart and fun. He knows exactly when we need to work hard and when we need to have fun. This perfect mix between hard work and fun makes for an amazingly positive atmosphere and a great work out!

What’s your favorite workout routine?

LES MILLS workouts make up a big part of my training. When I’m not doing classes my training is pretty simple, pretty intense, but really efficient. I usually focus on three exercises that work the same muscle area (for example, I work my shoulders: push press, side raise, upright row). I do eight reps of each exercise without rest, then one minute recovery. I repeat this four to five times.

What does a cheat day look like for you?

For me the perfect cheat day would be a day without any administrative work!

  • I would wake-up around 9am, take in a huge brekky and then watch a movie.
  • At around 11am I would go to the gym for a good workout.
  • I would spend lunchtime with friends.
  • After a big nap I would go hang out and grab a coffee with friends.
  • I would spend the afternoon doing a fun activity – any sport, or just taking it easy on the beach.
  • I would finish the day with dinner and party!

If you had to choose your last meal, what would it be?

I love Laotian food: curry chicken with sticky rice and spring rolls, coffee with a big cheesecake to finish.

How do you relax, de-stress and chill out?

I listen to music, chillout music (lots of lounge music and electro chillout) Spotify is my jam!

If you could change one thing about your appearance, what would it be?

Oh probably my hair. I hate to do my hair and when it gets long it grows curls!

What characteristic do you most admire in other people?

I love people who are calm and confident. I admire people who can speak in front of big groups of people with clear and captivating speech.

Name the last book you read, the last movie you watched, and track you currently have on high rotate.

The last book I read was called 100 Golden Rules of Management. The last movie I watched was during my last flight from Auckland to France, it was Why Him? And the track I have on high rotate is Something Just Like This by The Chainsmokers.

What social media can’t you live without?

These days I use Instagram more than Facebook. It’s simple, easier, and I love to watch, make and share Insta stories.

If you could have one superpower, what would you choose?

My favorite superhero is Iron Man, so I think I would to be like Tony Stark – I would love to do all the cool stuff he does.

What’s the best non-physical thing about staying in shape?

It just makes you feel good, more energetic. There’s also a great social aspect, I love working out with friends. I also find that regular exercise helps you make good eating choices – and healthy food and less sugar is the greatest thing for staying in shape.

Who should play you in the movie based on your life?

Tony Stark of course! Lol.
