Please adhere the below precautionary measures for everyone's health and safety:
- If you are NOT registered you will not be able to attend the sessions.
- Please bring your own SMARTBANDS and MBX Mats. Smart Tech equipment is available for purchase in the UAE and Saudi Arabia on Fitness Equipment and Smart Tech | Les Mills ME
- All Instructors are required to wear face masks in the common areas in the gyms. Masks can be lowered while exercising.
- Due to reduced capacity in UAE clubs following the latest Government guidelines, we have reduced spaces on each of the sessions, so please make sure you book beforehand.
- Please bring your own alcohol, sanitizers and anti bacterial wipes to clean the equipment after you use.
- No showers will be available please bring your own towels and changing clothes. You will not be allowed to enter the facilities without a towel.
- Drinking water is not available please bring your own water bottles and water or alternatively you can buy in the respective facilities.
