This Sunday, you will be sent your first week’s training program. It’s just 4 short workouts with clear instructions that are easy to follow. Each week you will receive an email with the next week’s workouts. By the end of the 4 weeks, you will be doing a 45 minute BODYCOMBAT workout and unleashing your power!
