Welcome to the Week 4 of your 28 day BODYCOMBAT training program. Have you enjoyed the challenge? Are you feeling good? This week is the end of your program but just might be the start of a new you - incredible work!

You have just 3 more workouts and your training program is done. But that doesn’t need to be the end of your BODYCOMBAT journey. Do these on Monday, Wednesday and Friday if you can, with at least one rest day between them.

Go for the knockout today in your final workout, with 7 tracks of mixed martial arts-inspired magic, including a taste of Muay Thai.
