    Entry requirements

    To enter, you must:
    1. Join the ‘Official LES MILLS On Demand Squad’ Facebook group at the Promotion Page below.
    2. Publish a post leaving a review of your experience with the relevant week’s workout combination. This post must include the hashtag #MIXITUP to be eligible for the Promotion. Posts can include a photo or video element.
    3. You may enter as many times as you like provided the above requirements are met.

    Prize

    There are 3 prize packages to be won by separate individuals, each consisting of:
    • 3x LES MILLS™ ON DEMAND 12-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION
    Retail value of each prize package: USD$119.00

    Selection of Prize Winner

    Shortly after the Entry Closing Time, 3 prize winner(s) will be randomly selected by Les Mills (in its sole discretion) from all eligible entries and notified via their LES MILLS On Demand account details or social media account direct message. If you enter multiple times and are selected as a prize winner, you will no longer be eligible for the remaining prize packages.
     
  2. Promoter and Promotion
    1. The promoter of the Promotion is Les Mills Media Limited (Les Mills), 22 Centre Street, Auckland, New Zealand.
    2. The Promotion is available through the Promotion Page.
    3. Les Mills and each individual who has submitted an entry, acknowledges that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. If an Entrant provides any information directly to Les Mills he or she is providing that information to Les Mills Media and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
    4. This Promotion is only open to individuals who:
      • are 18 years of age or older;
      • are active, paying LES MILLS On Demand subscribers;
      • have submitted an entry between the Entry Opening Time and the Entry Closing Time which meets the requirements and conditions specified in these terms and conditions and on the Promotion Page;
      • are not employees or contractors of Les Mills or any Les Mills distributor (for the avoidance of doubt Les Mills instructors are eligible provided they are not otherwise an employee or contractor of Les Mills or any Les Mills distributor); and
      • otherwise meet all requirements and conditions specified in these terms and conditions and on the Promotion Page.
         
  3. Entry opening and closing
    Entries must be received between the Entry Opening Time and the Entry Closing Time (such dates and times may be altered at Les Mills’ discretion). Les Mills reserves the right to accept early and late entries.
     
  4. Prize and prize winner
    1. The prizes for the Promotion are as described above. The prize winners will be determined in the manner described above. Les Mills’ decision will be final and binding. Les Mills will not enter into any discussions with any person in relation to the award of the prize(s).
    2. The prize winners will be notified shortly after the end of the Entry Closing Time as described above. If a prize winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts by Les Mills, the prize will be forfeited and a new prize winner(s) will be selected from all eligible entries.
    3. Publication of the prize winners will be made shortly after entry closing time and published on the Promotion Page.
    4. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If for whatever reason a prize winner that has claimed the prize does not or cannot accept the prize, then that prize will be forfeited. Cash will not be awarded in lieu.
    5. Prize winner(s) will provide Les Mills with a physical mailing address for delivery of the prize(s). Les Mills will arrange for delivery of the prize(s) to the prize winner(s) and will be responsible for the shipping costs (with shipping to be determined solely in Les Mills discretion). Les Mills will endeavour to dispatch all prizes to the winner(s) shortly after confirmation of prize winners. The prize winners are solely responsible for all insurance, applicable taxes and customs duties and any other expense not specified in the prize descriptions.
    6. By accepting the prize, the prize winner consents to Les Mills using their details and photograph for promotional and media publicity purposes.
       
  5. Posts, photographs, videos
    1. Each individual who has submitted a post (including a photograph or a video) to enter the Promotion (“Entrant”):
      • grants to Les Mills and the Group Companies (and those acting with Les Mills’ authority) an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free license to use the Entrant’s post, photograph and/or video for any purpose in Les Mills’ sole discretion (including, without limitation, inclusion in any publication by Les Mills, the Group Companies, and/or persons acting with Les Mills’ authority, website use and promotion in any media or form whatsoever);
      • in addition to other things, the rights granted to Les Mills include (but are not limited to) the right to resize, crop, censor, compress, edit, feature, caption, affix logos to, and to otherwise alter or make use of the submitted post, photograph and/or video;
      • warrants that he or she has the right to submit such post, photograph and/or video, and to grant the permissions contained herein and that such post, photograph and/or video is (i) truthful and not misleading and (ii) original and does not contain any third party copyrighted content; and
      • understands that the submitted post, photograph and/or video may be the subject of review by the public and, as such, may be the subject of comments or other reactions posted online or elsewhere and that Les Mills is not responsible for any such review or comment or any consequences relating thereto.
    2. Nothing in these terms obliges Les Mills to publish or otherwise use any post, photograph and/or video submitted by an Entrant.
    3. Les Mills may remove any post, photograph and/or video submitted to the Promotion Page at any time.
       
  6. General
    1. In these terms and conditions, "Group Companies" means Les Mills International Limited and all subsidiaries and affiliate companies from time to time owned by Les Mills International Limited providing fitness-related goods and services and “Group Company” means any one of the Group Companies.
    2. Les Mills and/or any Group Company will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with the prize offered. Each Entrant will indemnify Les Mills, any Group Company, and its affiliates for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by them as a result of any claim arising from their entry in the Promotion.
    3. Les Mills will not be liable or responsible for any entries that are not uploaded or fail to upload correctly or otherwise late, lost or misdirected entries, or entries that fail to upload to the Promotion Page due to third party service providers.
    4. Les Mills reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Promotion or to disqualify any Entrant or entry at any time (including where Les Mills in its sole discretion deems the content of the post, photograph and/or video inappropriate or unrelated to the Promotion Page or otherwise). Les Mills reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time. Previous versions of terms and conditions will be available on request.
    5. Void where prohibited.
    6. Entrants may be required to provide identification and proof of age.
