LES MILLS ON DEMAND COMMUNITY PROMOTION – LMOD SQUAD MISSION #1 2016

  1. Key Terms of the Promotion

    Entry requirements

    To enter, upload a photo or video of yourself demonstrating the mission ‘Show the squad your best tuck jump!’. Enter via one of two ways:
    1. Upload the photo or video directly to the LES MILLS On Demand community page https://www.lesmillsondemand.com/community
    2. Upload a photo to your account on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #lesmillsondemand. The entry will not be considered without the #lesmillsondemand hashtag included.
    Social Media photos with the hashtag # described above will automatically be uploaded to the LES MILLS On Demand community page. Your profile on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter must be made public in order for your photo or video to appear on the LES MILLS On Demand community page and eligible for the promotion.

    Selection of Prize Winner

    Shortly after the Entry Closing Time, the prize winner(s) will be selected by Les Mills (in its sole discretion) from all eligible entries and notified via their LES MILLS On Demand account details or social media account direct message. Prize winners will be judged on originality and creativity.
     
  2. Promoter and Promotion
    1. The promoter of the Promotion is Les Mills Media Limited (Les Mills), 22 Centre Street, Auckland, New Zealand.
    2. The Promotion is available through the Promotion Page or by submitting your photo or video with the #lesmillsondemand on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. By entering this Promotion, the Entrant completely releases Facebook, Instagram and Twitter from all liability (if any) in relation to this Promotion.
    3. Les Mills and each individual who has submitted an entry, acknowledges that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. If an Entrant provides any information directly to Les Mills he or she is providing that information to Les Mills Media and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
    4. This Promotion is only open to individuals who:
      • are 16 years of age or older;
      • are active LES MILLS On Demand subscribers or trialists;
      • are residents of the United States, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Poland, New Zealand, Ireland or the United Kingdom;
      • have submitted an entry between the Entry Opening Time and the Entry Closing Time which meets the requirements and conditions specified in these terms and conditions and on the Promotion Page;
      • are not employees or contractors of Les Mills or any Les Mills distributor (for the avoidance of doubt Les Mills instructors are eligible provided they are not otherwise an employee or contractor of Les Mills or any Les Mills distributor); and
      • otherwise meet all requirements and conditions specified in these terms and conditions and on the Promotion Page.
  3. Entry opening and closing
    Entries must be received between the Entry Opening Time and the Entry Closing Time (such dates and times may be altered at Les Mills’ discretion). Les Mills reserves the right to accept early and late entries.
     
  4. Prize and prize winner
    1. The prizes for the Promotion are as described above. The prize winners will be determined in the manner described above. Les Mills’ decision will be final and binding. Les Mills will not enter into any discussions with any person in relation to the award of the prize(s).
    2. The prize winners will be notified shortly after the end of the Entry Closing Time as described above. If a prize winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts by Les Mills, the prize will be forfeited and a new prize winner(s) will be selected from all eligible entries.
    3. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If for whatever reason a prize winner that has claimed the prize does not or cannot accept the prize, then that prize will be forfeited. Cash will not be awarded in lieu.
    4. Prize winner(s) will provide Les Mills with a physical mailing address for delivery of the prize(s). Les Mills will arrange for delivery of the prize(s) to the prize winner(s) and will be responsible for the shipping costs (with shipping to be determined solely in Les Mills discretion). Les Mills will endeavor to dispatch all prizes to the winner(s) before the end of January 2017. The prize winners are solely responsible for all insurance, applicable taxes and customs duties and any other expense not specified in the prize descriptions. .
    5. By accepting the prize, the prize winner consents to Les Mills using their details and photograph for promotional and media publicity purposes.
  5. Photograph/video
    1. Each individual who has submitted a photo or video to enter the Promotion (“Entrant”):
      • grants to Les Mills (and those acting with its authority) an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free license to use the Entrant’s photograph or video for any purpose in Les Mills’ sole discretion (including, without limitation, inclusion in any publication by Les Mills or persons acting with Les Mills’ authority, website use and promotion in any media or form whatsoever);
      • in addition to other things, the rights granted to Les Mills include (but are not limited to) the right to resize, crop, censor, compress, edit, feature, caption, affix logos to, and to otherwise alter or make use of the submitted photograph or video;
      • warrants that he or she has the right to submit such photograph or video, and to grant the permissions contained herein; and
      • understands that the submitted photograph or video may be the subject of review by the public and, as such, may be the subject of comments or other reactions posted online or elsewhere and that Les Mills is not responsible for any such review or comment or any consequences relating thereto.
    2. Each photograph or video may only be submitted once and there is only one entry per person.
    3. Nothing in these terms obliges Les Mills to publish or otherwise use any photograph or video submitted by an Entrant.
    4. Les Mills may remove any photograph or video submitted to the Promotion Page at any time.
  6. General
    1. Les Mills will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with the prize offered. Each Entrant will indemnify Les Mills and its affiliates for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by them as a result of any claim arising from their entry in the Promotion.
    2. Les Mills will not be liable or responsible for any entries that are not uploaded or fail to upload correctly or otherwise late, lost or misdirected entries, or entries that fail to upload to the Promotion Page due to third party service providers.
    3. Les Mills reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Promotion or to disqualify any Entrant or entry at any time (including where Les Mills in its sole discretion deems the content of the photo or video inappropriate or unrelated to the Promotion Page or otherwise). Les Mills reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time. Previous versions of terms and conditions will be available on request.
    4. Void where prohibited.
    5. Entrants may be required to provide identification and proof of age.


 

LES MILLS BODYPUMP100 Filming Live Streaming Q & A Competition (the "Promotion")

How to win

  1. The Promotion will be run via a Facebook live stream through www.facebook.com/bodypump prior to the filming of 2 sessions of BODYPUMP 100.
  2. 9 Prizes to be won by online participants at each session. The prize winners will be determined in the following manner:
    1. There will be 9 questions directed at online participants during the session.
    2. The 9 online winners will be determined on the basis of the first correct answer to pop up on the comments section of the www.facebook.com/bodypump live stream post.
    3. Unless specified otherwise, Prizes for correct answers will be chosen at random from the available Prizes.
    4. Individuals may only win one Prize. If the first participant to respond correctly to a question has already won a prize, the prize shall be won by the next participant that has not yet won a prize.

Sessions

The Sessions will take place at approximately:

  • Session 1: 17:00pm to 17:30pm, Friday 5 August NZT
  • Session 2: 19:00pm to 19:30pm, Friday 5 August NZT

 

The Session times may be altered at Les Mills’ discretion. Les Mills will announce changes to times on the Facebook page at www.facebook.com/bodypump.

Prize

There are a total of 18 prizes to be won with 9 prizes in each Session. The prizes will be made up of:

  • 10 Reebok Prize Packs: consisting of a Toiletry Bag, Water Bottle and Luggage tag (approx. retail value US$50)
  • 5 LES MILLS Good Protein packs (approx. retail value US$35)
  • 1 Polar A360 fitness tracker (approx. retail value US$199)
  • 1 Les Mills SMARTBAR Prize Pack consisting of a one SMARTBAR bar (6.5lbs); two 2.2lb (1kg) weight plates; two 5.5LB (2.5kg) weight plates and two 11lb (5kg) weight plates (approx. retail value US$249)
  • 1 Les Mills SMARTSTEP Prize Pack consisting of one SMARTSTEP deck, two SMARTSTEP risers ((approx. retail value US$99)

 

  1. Promoter and Promotion
    1. The promoter of the Promotion is Les Mills International Limited (“Les Mills”), 22 Centre Street, Auckland, New Zealand.
    2. This Promotion includes prizes from the Reebok International Ltd ("Reebok"). Reebok is not a promoter of this Promotion. Les Mills and each individual who has submitted an entry acknowledges that Reebok has no responsibility in relation to the Promotion including, without limitation, no responsibility/liability for the rules, execution, and/or terms and conditions of the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, by entering this Promotion, entrants agree to completely release Reebok from any such responsibility/liability for the Promotion, or anything relating to the Promotion. Each entrant acknowledges that he/she is providing information to Les Mills and not to Reebok.
    3. By entering this Promotion, the entrant completely releases Facebook from all liability (if any) in relation to this Promotion. Les Mills and each individual who has submitted an entry, acknowledges that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. An entrant is providing information to Les Mills and not to Facebook.
    4. This Promotion is only open to individuals who:
      • are 18 years of age or older;

    6. Les Mills’ decision will be final and binding (including with respect to the correct answers). Les Mills will not enter into any discussions with any person in relation to the award of a Prize.
  2. Prizes
    1. The Prize Winners will be determined in the manner described above. Les Mills’ decision will be final and binding. Les Mills will not enter into any discussions with any person in relation to the award of a Prize.
    2. The Prize Winners will be contacted after 5 August 2016 via private message on Facebook. If a Prize Winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts by Les Mills, the Prize will be forfeited and a new Prize Winner will be selected from all eligible entries.
    3. Once the Prize Winners have been confirmed, the name of the Prize Winners will be promptly published on the website page www.lesmills.com.
    4. The Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If for whatever reason, a Prize Winner that has claimed a Prize does not or cannot accept the Prize, then the Prize will be forfeited. Cash will not be awarded in lieu. The Prize Winners will not receive the difference between actual cost and approximate retail value.

In these terms and conditions, "Group Companies" means Les Mills International Limited and all subsidiaries and affiliate companies from time to time owned by Les Mills International Limited providing fitness-related goods and services and “Group Company” means any one of the Group Companies.
    2. Les Mills and/or any Group Company and/or Reebok will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with the Prize offered. You will indemnify Les Mills, any Group Company/Companies, Reebok or any of Reebok’s affiliates for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by them as a result of any claim arising from your entry in the Promotion.
    3. Les Mills will not be liable or responsible for any entries that are not uploaded or fail to upload correctly or otherwise late, lost or misdirected entries.
